Erem Tour - 2024

We were involved in the 2024 EREM Tour from the very start, including planning and selecting all locations. We scouted each venue – from outdoor open-air spaces to halls, clubs, and even a skatepark – and created detailed layouts with bar zones and partner placements. We also managed all partner communication and on-site coordination.

Over the course of 9 days, the team visited 8 major cities, with each stop requiring its own tailored production setup. That meant transporting over 18 tons of gear and supplies in a truck and multiple vans, setting everything up on-site, and immediately tearing down and relocating – all on a tight schedule, with no room for delays.

At every stop, we operated fully equipped bars, including inventory management and restocking between shows – all handled by our in-house team of bartenders and bar leads.
